If you are wanting to do the WELLNESS Challenge, here are some details:
-We will have two meeting times, you only have to be at ONE of these:
**Tuesday, January 3rd at 5pm and again on Thursday, Jan 5th at 6pm!***
-Teams are in teams of 2! Fun Team names welcome!!
-Please bring your I-pad or Laptop to the meeting
-Options for the challenge are RP or MealFit using Macros ( whitney will cover these in meeting)
-Challenge and Weigh-in will start on Monday, January 9th and will end on Friday, Feb. 17th!
-This challenge isn't a WEIGHT LOSS Challenge, this is a Wellness Challenge!! Who can lean down, who can gain mass, who can PR the most while doing so??
We have gone to a new database called ZenPlanner!! You will be asked to fill out your email and DOB when you come in this week. This database will allow us to view an online leaderboard, sign up for classes, view class schedules, view the class roster, allow you totrack your PR's and Workout results, pay online, and much more!! Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75/55# (Reps)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
