A few things you need to have for the challenge:
1. 3 person team
2. 1 Captain to submit scores
3. Team Name
4. Download "My Fitness Pal" app
We will have a meeting on Monday, December 28th after each class to discuss the rules and point system.
Each athlete on the team is able to receive a total of 4 points per day/ 12 points per team.
1. Logging food in "My fitness Pal"=1 point
2. Logging sleep=1 point
3. Completing the WOD=2 points
For Saturday and Sunday, you receive 2 points for any other exercise you complete. (5K runs, hiking, swimming, etc.)
We will be taking measurements starting on the 30th. Please make sure that you have your measurements completed by Jan. 4th!
